EQUIPMENT & SERVICES

Whatever's on the trailer, we've got a carrier for it.

From a single pallet to a full truckload, our carrier network covers the equipment types shippers actually need.

Full Truckload

Dry van, one shipper, one trailer, dock to dock — dedicated capacity for time-sensitive freight.

Less Than Truckload

Palletized freight consolidated with other shippers — pay for the space you use.

Refrigerated

Temp-controlled trailers for perishables and pharma, monitored from pickup to delivery.

Flatbed & Step Deck

Oversized, machinery, and building materials that need open-deck handling.

Intermodal

Rail-and-truck combinations for long-haul lanes where cost matters more than speed.

High-Value & Hazmat

Certified carriers for regulated, high-value, or hazardous cargo requiring extra documentation.

WHY A BROKER

What a dispatch desk gets you that a load board doesn't.

You can post a load yourself. Here's what changes when someone else is chasing capacity for you.

CARRIER NETWORK

Capacity in every corner of the map.

We keep relationships with owner-operators and fleets across the country, so a lane rarely goes uncovered.

Live coverage, not a cold call list.

Every carrier in our network is vetted for insurance, safety record, and on-time history before they ever bid a load — so when your broker sources capacity, it's already qualified.

SHIPPER FEEDBACK

What shippers say after their first load.

★★★★★

Our broker found a reefer truck for a same-week pickup when three other brokerages came back empty. That's the difference.

Dana R.Logistics Manager, food distributor
★★★★★

The RFQ form asked for the right details up front, so the quote we got back actually matched what we ended up paying.

Marcus T.Operations Lead, building materials
★★★★★

Flatbed capacity for oversized machinery is hard to find on short notice. Telesto had a carrier lined up within the day.

FAQ

Common questions from shippers.

Most RFQs get a response within two hours during business hours. Complex or oversized loads can take a bit longer while we confirm carrier availability.

No. Submitting an RFQ doesn't commit you to anything — it's a starting point for your broker to give you a real rate on your lane.

Flag it in the RFQ form under special handling — hazmat, temperature control, liftgate, or inside delivery all route to carriers equipped for it.

Yes. Once a load is booked, your broker sends pickup and delivery updates until the freight is signed for at destination. Use the load tracker above for a look at what that looks like.

Common accessorials include detention, liftgate service, inside delivery, and lumper fees. Flag any you expect in the RFQ form so they're priced in up front rather than added later.

Every carrier in our network carries standard cargo liability coverage. If your freight's value exceeds standard limits, tell us in the RFQ and we'll arrange additional coverage.

Yes. Use "Add another stop" in the RFQ form's route section to list additional pickups or deliveries along the route.
